Wow, what an awesome day today! It was warm, sunny and beautiful. I spent most of the day outside. Well, most of the afternoon and evening anyway. I took my dog for a short walk - short because she's old and gets tired. But then we stayed outside. I read and she laid in the grass looking cute!
I sat in the sun reading for a little while, then my mom and sister and I went to the flower shop and didn't buy anything, hahaha. Then we went to the grocery store and bought a few things we needed for dinner. Then later I barbecued ribs - for the first time ever! I did a really good job, too! They came out perfect - tender, fall off the bone, juicy, spicy... YUM! Probably not the BEST "cleanse" food ever.... HA! Oh well.
Then after dinner I sat outside and read more. By then the sun was setting, but not dark yet, so it had cooled off a bit (it was around 90 today, so cooled off means in the mid 80s, which was beautiful and comfortable).
I'm reading a book called "the fertile female" by Julia Indichova. It's a very interesting book, I highly recommend it for any woman looking to make any improvements or changes in her body. It is mostly directed towards women who are trying to become pregnant (which I'm not so don't get any ideas - it is just research!), but it's really about how fertility in women applies to so many aspects of a woman's life, not just having babies, and not just physical.
I'm intending on becoming an expert in female health, in particular the health of the reproductive system. That's why I'm reading this book. I'm going to be taking a class in December called Mercier Therapy. Here's a description of the class: "The purpose of this 3-day advanced professional training certification program is to introduce integrative, complementary and traditional healthcare providers with an alternative treatment for common women's healthcare issues and pelvic discomfort." I already have taken a "fertility massage" class, which I have realized is fantastic for women's health in general, not just for fertility. So this class I'm going to take will help increase my knowledge, understanding, and skills in this specific area. I'm really looking forward to the class!
So yes, today was a really nice day! It makes me actually look forward to this summer - usually I dread the heat, but I have a theory about that, too. I've been taking herbs for my thyroid for the past year or so. I think my temperature is regulating better now, so the heat doesn't make me feel so oppressed. It's just a theory, but I don't know any other way to explain it.

Cleanse - Day 30
So it's been a few days since I've been able to post. My computer crashed. The motherboard overheated and died. I'm thankful the hard drive was ok, so the guys at Best Buy were able to transfer my stuff from my old computer onto my new one. I'm also thankful I was able to afford a new one!
So only 10 days left on my cleanse. I've sort of lost track of where I'm supposed to be - I guess this blog helped quite a bit with that! But I believe I should be on my third day of taking 12 Liver Cleanse Formula a day, then tomorrow I'm down to 9 for three days, then 6 for three days, then just 3 for the last three days. Does that add up to ten? hehehe (it does)
So here is my one accomplishment that I'm very proud of - I've given up caffeine completely! It wasn't even that hard - I just found myself wanting it less. I think that's because I was cleansing it out of my system, so the addiction was starting to let go. I actually started cutting back a while ago, a little before I started the cleanse. I would just drink half a cup a day (of coffee) instead of a whole cup. So when I started this cleanse, I decided I wanted to really give it up totally. But I get headaches if I go cold turkey (and get SUPER TIRED!), so I started taking a supplement that has a little bit of caffeine in it, just enough to keep me from getting the headaches. And that did it. I started with 3 a day of that (it's Nature's Sunshine's Metabomax Plus. There's also Metabomax Free, which has no caffeine at all, which I'm going to switch to), and now I'm down to just one a day. It is only 20 mg of caffeine, so I shouldn't have much trouble eliminating that completely.
So I've accomplished at least one good goal through this cleanse! I wish I could say I did more. Maybe I did, I know sometimes you can't see or feel health changes right away. So I guess we'll see how things go over the next few months!

Cleanse - Day twenty one
The last couple days, yesterday and today (I think it started the day before, which is why I didn't feel like writing anything), I've been feeling a bit down. I think it's just hormones, but I wish it would stop. It could be worse, but ... yeah, still.
Anyway. I'm starting to wish I could like hire someone to help motivate me! LOL Just tell me what to do and when to do it hahaha. Oh wait, I guess that would be my boss, wouldn't it???? Ok ok, see, I just gotta be my OWN boss sometimes and tell MYSELF what to do and DO it!
So anyway, about the cleanse. I'm more than half way through now. On the way back down I'm going to cut back differently - instead of changing by one pill a day, I'm going down by 3 a day every 3 days, so I can keep track more easily. I kept forgetting how many to take, how many I had already taken, etc. So, for example, today I took 15 pills, and I will take 15 today, tomorrow and the next day. Then 12, then 8, then 6, then 3. That way I take the same number each time I take them, but I just take that number for more days in a row. It ends up the same number of capsules, just easier to keep track of!
I know that might sound confusing, but maybe next time I do a cleanse, I'll do it that way from the beginning and I'll explain it from the beginning :-)
So yeah, I hope I feel better tomorrow.

I don't know what to say today. Everything is pretty much the same as it's been, which is good.

Cleanse - Day eighteen
Sometimes it is hard to eat healthful foods. I have been listening to recordings of classes from the Nature's Sunshine convention we went to in March, and they all seem to have similar thoughts:
What do we expect our food to do for us? Am I just eating for the fun of it? If so, is it worth what it is doing to my body? If not, do I KNOW what my food is doing to my body? Am I trying to eat foods that are going to contribute to my feeling better, or am I willing to eat things that will make me feel like garbage, just because they taste good for a moment?
When you get away from foods that are unhealthy (processed foods, full of sugar, full of chemicals and artificial ingredients, etc) you start to realize that you didn't really like them anyway. Granted, SOME foods really do taste delicious - many times food manufacturers put chemicals in them that make them ultra flavorful (MSG for example). So keep that in mind before you reach for a bag of chips or a can of pop!
However, when you start eating more natural foods, you start actually being able to taste the subtle flavors they have, and you get to where you really like foods you never expected to (avocados are my example of that - I never used to like them, but now I say "avocados make EVERYTHING better!"). Or maybe you need to figure out what it is you like. Don't just stick with the "broccoli, cauliflower, carrots." That gets boring! I had to figure out what I like best. I hate green peppers, but I LOVE red peppers. And I don't like them prepared certain ways, I like them best raw.
JICAMA! Do you know what it is? How to eat it, what to do with it? It's delicious - find out! (it tastes like a cross between an apple and water chestnuts) Jazz up your salads by putting unexpected things in it - blueberries, strawberries, nuts, apples, etc.
My point is, eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. And it is worth it! If you want some suggestions, please ask, I'm happy to share my recipes! I also know ways of making less-than-pleasant veggies taste delicious! (HINT: browned butter is your friend!!!!)
Oh, and one last thing - this is a shout out to my friend Dave who is also cleansing this month. Way to go, Dave!

Cleanse - Day seventeen and a half
Since I already posted today, this is just a quick post.
I have to say again (AGAIN!) how awesome I've been feeling! It is wonderful. I hope it stays!
Even with the crazy weather changes, the high pollen and other allergen counts, my allergies haven't been bothering me. I'm only taking my cleansing herbs now, nothing specifically for allergies or anything else, and I still feel great!

Cleanse - Day seventeen
Yesterday was busy, and again I just forgot to post. I'm SURE you are VERY disappointed! My husband and I went out and celebrated our 9th anniversary last night. It was a lot of fun, we went and saw a Blue Man Group show downtown, and then went out to dinner afterward.
Oh, one note - it would have been cheaper to drive, even with paying for parking. We took the train, then a taxi to the show. I did NOT realize how pricey a taxi would be. But I think it was worth it for us. We both fell asleep on the train on the way home. Plus, we walked around for a while after eating, which if we had driven we probably wouldn't have done. But I had estimated the price of driving (based on the gas mileage my car gets and how far away it was) compared with taking the train. But I forgot to figure in a taxi. And like I said, that was more than I'd expected, so I had it wrong anyway hahaha!
And again, as a point for anyone who is cleanse-phobic - first there was an hour long train ride, then a 15 minute cab ride, the show was 2 hours long with no intermission, then we walked to the restaurant, then we went on a 20 or 30 minute walk after dinner, then another almost 15 minute cab ride, and THEN had to wait 40 minutes before the train left, then another hour train ride, and then getting home. I didn't have to "go" that whole time. I went before we left, and when we got home, but not in between. And I didn't have any need to. See, when you cleanse right, and regularly, you aren't attached to the toilet. You go two or three times a day, and that's it. We have a client who started cleansing last week, and she said it's weird to go 2 or 3 times a day, when before she was going 2 or 3 times a WEEK! But she said it was fine. Her first cleanse ever, by the way.
Ok, so enough about that. I just wanted to say that because I think some people are afraid to cleanse, thinking there will be cramping and pain and discomfort, etc.

Cleanse - Day fifteen
I must say, I've been feeling fantastic the last few days. Especially Thursday, Friday and today. I must say the cleanse is only part of it. I do a lot to improve my health. I don't know when my health problems started, but I'm estimating right around 20. I did a lot of (what I know know to be) unhealthy things at that time: birth control pills, diet pop, too much processed food, and not enough regular exercise, to name a few.
Well, over the past 7 or 8 years, I've really changed a lot of those habits. I don't drink pop at all now, I take no artificial hormones (a lot of my problems are hormonal), the only drugs I take are an occasional headache reliever (which I haven't been needing much lately anyway). I also stopped eating fast food as often as I used to, and started eating a LOT more home-cooked meals. Breakfast and dinner almost every day, and many lunches, too.
Then a few months ago (beginning in November, 2010) I began getting really serious about making myself a healthier person - I got really just determined that I AM going to do this, I will lose weight, and I will prove to myself (and anyone who says it can't be done) that diet, exercise, healthy supplementation, and plenty of water can really change your life. So I started exercising 3 to 5 times a week, drinking a gallon of water a day, eating a salad for lunch every day (I worked hard to make it a very tasty salad, not boring at all), and I almost totally gave up sugar. I say almost totally, because I feel it is unnecessary and unreasonable to totally deprive yourself of occasional snacks. And between November and March, I lost 25 pounds.
At the end of February, I was in a car accident, and that really threw me off track. I was in pain for a few weeks - then the pain kept getting WORSE because I wasn't getting any treatment. So my exercising went out the window for a while. Then when I started exercising again, it would make me hurt more. So it was very frustrating. I was starting to feel like I was going backward, and it was getting depressing.
Well, for the past few weeks, I've really made it a point of getting my treatment - that means my chiropractic adjustments three times a week. Then I started this cleanse. Along with the cleanse, I went back to my healthier diet. I have to give thanks to my co-worker, Kim, for sort of yelling at me one day because I was complaining about hurting, and she said she wasn't surprised, since I hadn't been getting my treatment the way I was supposed to! So I'm thankful that she said that, and I'm glad I listened to her!!!
So I believe that getting my recommended treatment from my chiropractor and starting this cleanse really helped me to get my determination back, which is why I'm putting my diet back in line. Which is helping the cleanse work better. Which is going to help me get back on track with my goals of getting truly well!
We had a little cake this weekend for our anniversary. Like I said, you can't totally deprive yourself! But now the cake is gone, so my excuse is gone, too. hahaha!

Cleanse - Day fourteen
I totally forgot to post last night. Yesterday was a fantastic day, though. The "Awaken!" oil blend I made is AWESOME! It made me feel energized all day long.
Today was good too. We had a cake, for our anniversary, and it was really good :-)
I lost track of how many herbs I was supposed to take today hahaha! I did ok, I probably too more than I needed to, but that's ok. hehe.

Cleanse - Day twelve
Well, today was supposed to be 15 capsules of Liver Cleanse Formula, and 5 SF. But I forgot my next bottle of LCF at the shop, so I ran out! I was short by 2, so I substituted SF. Not sure what difference that will make, but oh well, I'll just go on to 16 tomorrow anyway. hehehehe
Some days are odd. I had 2 massages this morning at my mom's shop, and then half my clients cancelled on me at the chiropractor! I don't USUALLY have any clients at the shop, and Wednesday tends to be my busiest day at the chiro. Oh well, I guess it works out in the long run. I don't have anyone scheduled at the shop tomorrow, it's usually my morning off. But tomorrow I have to open the shop since my mom has to take my sister to the doctor. Hopefully I'll be busy at the chiropractor's office.

Cleanse - Day eleven
Hmm, I'm really not sure what to write today!
My sister called me today and we talked for a little bit. It was nice, we don't get to talk often enough.
Work was good today. Nothing outstanding, just a generally good day, for the most part. I made some essential oil blends. I made one I call "Awaken!" It helps... well, awaken you! It's great to use right when you wake up, while studying, while driving, or any other time you need to be alert and energized. It's not stimulating the way caffeine is, just a healthy boost :-) I made another one called "Be Calm." That one is good for when you are getting ready to go to bed, are feeling stressed, and even when your kids are being hyperactive. It's even safe for hyperactive dogs! (not for cats though, most essential oils shouldn't be used on cats)
The last one I made I call "Deep Relief PLUS." Nature's Sunshine makes two fantastic oil blends called Deep Relief and Tei fu. So I put them together. All of the sprays are in a base of Nature's Fresh enzyme spray, which is actually anti-inflammatory so it helps with pain. So I think this blend will really be fantastic. In fact, I used some on my neck after I made it, and a few minutes later, my neck wasn't hurting anymore.
A client purchased two of the blends today before we closed (right after I had finished making them!). She got the Deep Relief PLUS and the Be Calm. Now I get to make more tomorrow!! :-) I'm thinking of making some roll-ons, too. And some massage oil that I can use during massages, and promote my aromatherapy massage a bit more. It's not a lot more money, so I really hope people will be interested!
Well look at that. I found something to write about after all!

A metaphor
When I was younger, my friends had a dog. They loved the dog, but sometimes he bit. They loved him anyway, because they were around him all the time, and he didn't bite to be mean, just because he didn't know better.
Well, so they invited me over to meet this dog, because they thought he was a super-cool dog. So I went over there, and he bit me! They said he didn't mean it, it was just a play bite, etc, but regardless, it hurt a little. But they said he was a nice dog, so I tried to pet him again, and he bit me again - even harder, and this time it really HURT! So I left.
A while later, I was over there again, and the dog didn't bite me right away. So I got comfortable, but after a while he bit me again. After a few times, I realized that the dog was much meaner than they realized. Maybe he didn't bite them so much because he loved them, or maybe he really didn't mean to be mean to me, but I didn't care - all I knew was that he bit me, and it hurt! So pretty soon I stopped going over there.
Well, it was a few years later, and they invited me over again, and said the dog was too old to bite. I didn't trust the dog, but I went over anyway. I walked through the fence, and before I even saw the dog, he bit me. It didn't hurt too much, because of two reasons - he WAS old, and couldn't bite as hard as he used to, and second, because I expected it. But I knew that if he COULD have, he would have bitten me just as hard as ever, and it would have hurt a lot. So I left again.
That dog bites me! I don't care why it bites, or if it never bites anyone else - it still bites ME and I don't like being bit.

Cleanse - Day ten
So I'm starting to feel pretty great. Yesterday my husband and nephew and I went on a bike ride for a couple hours. I haven't been on a bike for more than a minute in 11 years (almost exactly). But a few months ago, I decided I just really wanted to start riding a bike again. I was in an accident 11 years ago while bike riding (a very bad accident, not just "oh I fell off my bike" or something), and I've had anxiety about riding ever since. Until now. It was great, I loved it. But I'm just a little sore today. Not bad, just a little, like after a work out. I mostly feel good!
Cleansing brings out all sorts of good things! It's even helped me get over bike-riding anxiety!!!! hahaha, maybe

Cleanse - Day eight/nine
I forgot to post yesterday. Actually, I was doing other things. We had a small party for my parent's 30th anniversary! My brother and his family came over - April is actually the one who planned basically the whole thing - and we took them out to dinner at Jimmy's Charhouse (I had the fish hahahaha). Then we came back home and had cake and coffee with some of my aunts and uncles. It was a lot of fun. My nephew ended up spending the night, so we are going to play some games later. We have Ladder Ball, plus a park up the street. It'll be a pretty fun day :-)
See, on this cleanse (and any GOOD healthy cleanse that's not just a laxative) I can do things and go out and play, because (contrary to popular opinion) I'm not going to the bathroom constantly.
I'm also noticing that my skin seems to be looking better. I was starting to have a lot of breakouts (seriously, I have trouble with skin care because I want to use things to prevent aging, but I have to take care of break outs, too!), and that's gotten a lot better. I also feel like my stomach is not bloated anymore, which is a lovely feeling. There's nothing more pleasant than sitting visiting with family with a stomach full of... air. UGH I hate that! Well, last night I didn't have that problem, and it was very nice.
But then I forgot to drink my olive oil and lemon juice before bed! haha, Oh well, I guess my liver won't die! I just forgot because it was late and we were so busy all day. I'll do better from now on!

Cleanse - Day seven
Well, it's been a week. Everything's going well, and I'm feeling pretty well, regarding the cleanse.
So, I think I said something yesterday about Jay having lost his job. Yep, he's not working. Again. He had his job for about 6 months, after nearly 2 years of not working (I think it was 20 or 21 months). But hopefully he'll get another one sooner than 20 months. He has a job for 2 days next week, so that's something.
So that's a little stressful. At least he'll get unemployment again if he doesn't get a job after next week. He worked one day this week, and will work 2 days next week. Apparently, that's enough to keep you from getting unemployment for that week. Plus, it's better if we wait for the weeks he doesn't work at all, so that he'll get unemployment as long as possible. I just pray that's unnecessary.
I am happy that I'm working steadily. I just need to keep growing even more.

Cleanse - Day six
Tomorrow I work at my mom's shop again. That means that today was my last day of "work" for the week. I love both of my jobs, but working at the Chiropractor's office is just a little harder. Well, harder is the wrong word, it's just that sometimes I'm so busy I feel like I'm running like a chicken with my head cut off, and other times I'm really slow, and that's when I think about everything I have at home or my mom's shop that I need to do, but I can't do because I'm at the chiropractor's office with nothing to do! haha, at least that doesn't happen too often! The most annoying thing is when I've got no clients for like 2 hours, then I have 6 people crammed into the next 2 hours! HAHA! But I'm not going to complain about having a job that I like 90% of the time :-)
(If anyone I'm working with reads this, please forget you read it by Monday!)
I just realized this morning that I forgot to weigh myself when I started this cleanse! Oh well, so I weighed myself today. I'm still the same as I've been for about a month. At least I'm not going up. I've lost 25 pounds (it fluctuates between 24 and 26, actually), which is a great start. I really need to start exercising more regularly again. That's another reason I started this cleanse - to get more energy! When your body is eliminating properly, you feel better, sleep better, and have more energy with which to exercise. My car accident really knocked me down a few pegs, but I'm working to make sure I get in for my adjustments 3 times a week. I did all this week, and it's really helping a lot with my pain. That combined with the cleansing results, and I'm feeling pretty good. So starting next week (yes, I know I could say "tomorrow" but I've decided to make it next week!!!) I'm going to kick my own butt back into gear and start exercising regularly again.
But for today, I need to go to bed early because I'm tired. I stayed up late last night and got up early this morning, so I'm pretty tired. It wasn't a crazy busy day, but it was pretty steady. Started a little slow, my first client wasn't till 3:15 (I start at 2), but then I was busy the rest of the day. It was a good week, actually, when I added it all up. So I'm pretty happy about that (especially since Jay's job was "eliminated," meaning he doesn't have one).

Cleanse - Day five
So today is day five. Still feeling good. And hope to keep feeling better all the time! I realized something today - I needed to add fiber to my cleanse. Duh. hehehe Just a little, to help soak up the toxins that get released, so they don't just get reabsorbed. I've been eating salad a lot anyway, so I'm getting fiber in my diet, but I decided to add a supplement, too. Especially as I get further into the cleanse, I'll need more, so I might as well add a little now. I also started taking less of the things I take on a regular basis. I'm now only taking basic core nutrition supplements (Super Trio, which is a vitamin supplement, an antioxidant, and omega-3s http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/super-trio-60-packets/sku-20.aspx), so that I replenish the good stuff :-)
I take my Fenugreek & Thyme and ALJ, but less than I was taking. I take those for my allergies, but one reason for allergies is the liver being overworked. So I am hoping that, at least for a while, when I finish my cleanse my allergies will be a lot better. So I'm still taking the Fenugreek & Thyme for the time being.
Fenugreek & Thyme: http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/fenugreek--thyme-100-caps/sku-885.aspx
ALJ: http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/alj-100-vegitabs/sku-767.aspx
I also am still taking my Nervous System Pack so that... well, so that I don't DIE! haha, I'm kidding of course! Actually, so I sleep well at night, and so that I don't get all stressed out at work. I'm only taking one packet a day for now, though, right before bed. And it seems to be just fine.
http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/nervous-system-pack-30-day/sku-5384.aspx
And I'm still taking my Proactazyme Plus enzymes, too, to make sure everything I eat gets digested. That'll help with the cleanse anyway. http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/proactazyme-100-caps/sku-1525.aspx
I'm not taking as much as it sounds! I spread it out so I take some at breakfast, some at lunch, and some at dinner. It might be a lot for some people, though. But most people wouldn't take all that stuff anyway. But I'd recommend taking some vitamins, omega-3's and maybe enzymes if you are going to do a cleanse. And if you do one that doesn't have fiber, you might need to add that. But you'll know if you need to. If you don't know, ask me, and I'll tell you how to tell!

Cleanse - Day four
Well, I was wrong. It doesn't matter which order you drink the olive oil/lemon juice, olive oil tastes TERRIBLE. But at least when you follow it with the lemon juice, it takes it away some.
But today I felt pretty good. A little tired, but not any more so than usual. And maybe even less so. It wasn't a bad day at all, really. A lot better than yesterday - at least I'm not ending the day with a headache. No cramping at all today, either.
Yep. Feel good today!
For those of you who'd like to do a shorter, more basic cleanse, I recommend the CleanStart or Taio He Cleanse, from Nature's Sunshine.
CleanStart is a really good colon cleanse, with plenty of fiber. It helps protect your body from common colon toxins that affect your overall health. It is a two-week program that supports natural waste elimination to provide a sense of improved energy and well-being: http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/cleanstart-wild-berry-14-day/sku-3993.aspx
Taio He is a Chinese formula cleanse. It is a 15-day nutritional program designed to help the body achieve "tiao he," meaning balance and harmony. It combines Chinese nutritional and Western herbal experience. This cleanse is designed to support the cleansing mechanisms of the body by targeting the intestinal and digestive systems: http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/tiao-he--cleanse-15-day/sku-3050.aspx
Neither of these cleanses will have you "attached to the toilet." You will find your bowels are softer and looser than usual, and you will be going 2 or 3 times a day (rather than 1 or fewer that most people go). They are both going to improve your body's ability to do it's job more efficiently. It just depends on your preference. You could try one this time, another next time. Cleansing should be done twice a year - with the changing of the seasons is ideal (spring and fall).
I hope you'll let me know how your cleanses go, too!

Cleanse - Day three
Well, I've learned one thing - drink the olive oil first, THEN the lemon juice! Because the olive oil tastes terrible, but for some reason it tastes even worse after the lemon juice. But drinking the lemon after sort of helps wash it down I guess. Drinking the olive oil after the lemon juice is like drinking sour oil. NOT pleasant!
Ok, here's my experience from last night and today. Last night, I had some cramping going on. It didn't last very long, but it was pretty intense while it lasted. I'm not completely sure why. I have a feeling, though, that it's because I was taking just enough cleanse products to increase the function of my intestines, but not quite enough to get everything to eliminate enough. Because today I took just a little more, and I feel fine. Either that, or it was just my body adjusting. Or just a fluke. But I don't think it was a fluke.
Today I keep having a weird cramp-like pinchy feeling on the right side, but not in the intestinal area, more like reproductive organs area. I have no idea what that means. I think I've had this happen before, but it's never lasted all day before, so I'm assuming it has to be related to the cleanse. It should be around time for me to ovulate, so maybe it's that. Sorry if that's TMI. At least I'm not describing my poop.
So anyway, I hope tomorrow will be a good day. I have a little headache. But I think that's because I didn't have any caffeine today. That wasn't intentional, I just woke up late. I was still going to drink some coffee, but I forgot. Yes, I know, HOW could I forget to drink coffee???? I have no idea. I've been drinking only half a cup, though, so we'll see how tomorrow goes - maybe I won't drink any tomorrow either.

Cleanse - Day two
Not much difference today than yesterday. Wanna know something funny, though? I totally forgot to do my lemon juice and olive oil last night! I don't know why, I just sort of fell asleep I guess. hahaha
Well, I take that back - there is difference, but it's just typical "going to the bathroom more often" as expected on a cleanse. I don't want to go into any detail about that, though. LOL
Although I'm not sure how this is related - I did 3 loads of laundry, fixed a big salad, and cleaned the bathroom from top to bottom today, and my pain is not bad. I was in a car accident at the end of February, and I've still been having quite a bit of pain. But today it's not as bad as I'd expect for everything I did. I really worked on the bathroom pretty hard. Although my shoulders are feeling pretty stiff.
So before I forget, I'm going to go do my lemon and olive oil RIGHT NOW!!! I need to take my last set of herbs, too, so I don't have any excuse to forget!
So for clarification, day two is 4 Liver Cleanse Formula, and 3 SF
Good night!
